Have you received a spam email despite that email having passed through the MailWall filters you have turned on for your account?
The first thing to do is to ensure that your Spam Trap is turned on - click the MailWall tab to ensure it's turned on.

If your Spam Trap is turned on, but you still receive spam, please help us to improve your MailWall protection
by cutting and pasting the email headers of the offending email into the box below and hitting the submit button.

Email headers are technical information included with every email but generally hidden from view. There should be an option
in your mail client to view these headers. Below we have listed the most common email clients and the method you
need to follow to view the headers:

Microsoft Outlook: Right click once on the email | Options | Copy the Internet headers section

Microsoft Outlook Express: Right click once on the email | Properties | Details | Message Source |
Copy the Internet headers section

Netscape Mail: Click once on the email | On the menu bar click View | Message Source | Copy the contents of the window

Once you have these headers, send them to us so that we can analyse why a particular email was not flagged as being spam.

reports are carefully assessed by our MailWall team prior to being incorporated into the next release of MailWall.
