When a virus is sent to any one of your email addresses, IE Internet's MailWall system will stop it and send
you an email telling you that this has happened. This email is called a 'virus notification'. If you turn this
option off, then whenever you are sent an email containing a virus you will not be notified.

The main disadvantage to turning off your virus notifications is that MailWall is designed to stop emails which
have suspicious files attached. A suspicious file may look like a virus, but may not in fact contain a virus.
In such a case, the email is quarantined, but may be safe for you to download. By not receiving a virus notification
about such an email, you will not be aware of its existence, nor will you have the email's ID and reference number detailed in
your virus notification (which would allow you to remove this email from its quarantine using the control panel).
