Using the MailWall anti-spam system, you may find that from time to time certain people with whom you have email
correspondence send emails to you which are flagged as spam, even though to you these emails are legitimate.

The reason why such a legitimate email may be flagged as being spam are manifold, examples being the way the
email is written and the mail server the sender used to send you the email.

In any case, you want to always be able to receive emails from this person. This is what the spam whitelist is
for. You simply add the email address to your whitelist and you will be guaranteed that emails from that email
address will never be flagged as spam by MailWall.
