Are emails sent by certain individuals or organisations being flagged as spam, even though they are
legitimate emails? This usually happens because the emails are designed in such a way as to appear as they are spam.

In this case, you obviously need to stop these emails being flagged as spam, while at the same time keeping other
emails which are spam. This is what your MailWall whitelist is for. You simply add the domain name of the
sender whose emails you do not wish to be scanned for spam. For example, if the sender you wish to whitelist is
johnny.murphy@adomain.com, then you just need to add adomain.com to your whitelist to guarantee that all emails sent
in the future from adomain.com will pass through our spam filters unhindered.
